A day in the life of an IDC candidate on Bali

Your Bali IDC starts around 8am each day. We always meet at the dive center first and your PADI Course Director will give you an overview of the IDC components scheduled for the day.

PADI IDC Bali swimmingpool skillsYou will then either listen to a presentation in the classroom by your Course Director or IDC Staff Instructor or you might give a presentation yourself. Or if it is time for your ocean dives, you head to our local training dive site in Sanur to practice teaching open water skills.

At around noon we will have an hour lunch break. Lunch is served at our dive center during your IDC. We like to vary between Indonesian, Asian and Western-style lunches.

The afternoon is used to continue with other IDC components. We will often jump in the pool to fine-tune your dive skills, practice teaching dive skills and show you the latest teaching tips & tricks with our diving workshops.
