Dive longer with the PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Course
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course, and it’s easy to see why. Scuba diving with enriched air gives you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives.
Duration: 1/2 day
Who can join
- Minimum certification needed: PADI Open Water Diver Certificate (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
- Minimum age: 12 years old
Course Overview
You will learn:
- Techniques for getting more dive time by using enriched air nitrox
- Enriched air scuba diving equipment considerations
- Enriched air considerations, including managing oxygen exposure, how to tell what’s in your scuba tank and how to set your dive computer
You have two options for your theoretical part. You can either do it in Bali or you can already do it from home through PADI eLearning. By choosing PADI eLearning you can start with the fun today in your own pace and in your own time. So when you are on holiday, you can focus all your efforts on diving and don’t have to do any theory anymore.
The course itself does not include any dives, however you will get your nitrox for free on your next day trip with Joe’s Gone Diving.

Specialty can also be combined with your Advanced Open Water Course.
