The three Sanur dive sites are close to Joe’s Gone Diving and are therefore ideal if you don’t have much time for your scuba diving adventure on Bali. The combination of the sandy bottom, often mild conditions and mix of reef life makes diving in Sanur particularly interesting for the novice diver. We often use the Sanur sites for our Open Water Courses, Navigation skills and Night dives.
Close to home and often ignored, but this reef holds some surprises. You can spot a variety of fish on this reef with a sandy bottom. You regularly find blue spotted sting rays, turtles, the lovely cuttle fish and can even encounter the occasional white-tip reef shark. The corals are healthy and house ample of colourful fish. The reef slopes gently down to about 10 metres.

However this site with a sandy bottom and a small house reef is great for courses and those divers that don’t have a lot of time on their hands. The reef slopes gradually to a maximum of 20 metres.
